Jewel IV Introduces e.lemental: A New Era for IV Vision and the Expansion of a Creative Ecosystem

Following the release of lead single JUST SAe, Jewel IV formally introduces e.lemental—arriving April 24—as both a debut era and a defining expansion of the IV Vision ecosystem. More than a project, e.lemental represents a shift toward full creative ownership, internal development, and long-term worldbuilding across music, film, and artist development.
From Vision to Voice
Before e.lemental, there was a question: what does it sound like when a visual architect finds their voice?
Jewel IV’s debut single VeNUS marked that first step. The response was mixed—many audiences knew him for his visual work, but had yet to fully connect with his voice and songwriting in this form.
“People knew me for visuals—but not for my voice, not for my writing in this way.”
That momentum carried into STAR-RYDe, released the following summer, which has since become one of his most streamed records to date.
WANT Me - single cover art
WANT Me, another key release, arrived with a more nuanced reception. While the record remains a personal favorite between Jewel IV and collaborator Christopher Mays (Criuh), its performance reflected the realities of developing sound and process in real time.
“That’s one of our babies. We love that record. But that was part of the process—learning, refining, understanding what translates.”
Together, these releases formed a deliberate progression—each one building toward a more complete artistic identity.

Now, that evolution arrives in full form.
At its core, e.lemental is a study of self-reflection—an emotionally driven body of work centered on vulnerability, intimacy, and internal awareness. The project exists within Thalassa, an underwater, altered reflection of Los Angeles, serving as both a sonic and visual world.
“This project is about reflection. Emotion. The body. It’s about sitting with yourself and actually feeling everything.”
Leading the project is JUST SAe, produced by Solo Otto, which has quickly become both an internal and fan favorite.
While early international testing yielded mixed results, the response within the United States—particularly among core supporters—has affirmed the project’s direction.
“To see people actually connect with the growth, to feel it—that’s what made me feel full.”
The Sound & The Process
e.lemental was executive produced by Jewel IV, with co-executive production, mixing, and mastering by Christopher Mays (Criuh).

Criuh produced a majority of the album’s foundation, such as VeNUS and WANT Me; while additional production comes from Solo Otto, who produced JUST SAe and others for the project.
Additional records were sourced and developed through collaborations with independent producers across platforms, contributing to the project’s global and hybrid sonic palette.
The majority of the project was recorded independently in Jewel IV’s home studio in Los Angeles.
“It was important for this to feel personal. A lot of it was created in my own space, on my own time—really living inside the music.”
Creative Direction: From Uncertainty to Alignment
Visually, e.lemental faced a challenging path.
After completing the music, the project remained unreleased for months as Jewel IV navigated multiple creative direction setbacks—including a completed shoot that was never delivered.
“I didn’t want to release it unless it felt right. If the visuals weren’t there, the music wasn’t coming out.”

That moment of uncertainty ultimately led to alignment.
Through collaboration with Clea Cullen and Nico Roberts, the visual direction was rebuilt—planned within a week and executed the following week across Los Angeles and Malibu.
The cover, conceptualized by Nico Roberts prior to their first in-person meeting, features Jewel IV’s iris as its central image—captured at Iris Galerie at The Grove in Los Angeles.

An Internal Vision, Fully Realized
To unify the broader direction, Jewel IV brought on longtime collaborator Nia Renée as creative consultant and strategist for the project and its larger multi-phase vision.
“I’m grateful to be working with a team that actually sees the vision as their own.”
A New Era, Not a Departure
While e.lemental signals a deeper focus on music, it does not mark a departure from film.
Jewel IV continues to develop original projects, now leaning into micro-dramas and internal IP development while navigating an evolving industry landscape.
“This isn’t me leaving film. It’s me expanding. I’m still building—just moving differently.”
A System, Not Just a Release
e.lemental marks the beginning of a full-scale expansion across the IV Vision ecosystem—one that will be activated in its entirety over the next three years.
At the center of this expansion is IV.cm (IV Vision Creative Management), which is now implementing a structured 90-day development model designed to refine artist identity, sound, and visual direction.
The model was first applied to Keira’s Fantasy rollout, serving as its initial test phase. She has since entered a project-based agreement with IV.cm for her upcoming EP.
Expanding this initiative, IV.cm is also beginning development with Sofía Mar (Sofía Greggio), a Chicago-based, trilingual artist. Her 90-day agreement will focus on branding, visual identity, and musical direction, with the goal of delivering a fully realized release.
The IV Sound x Ether Partnership
IV Sound x Ether Partnership
Supporting this expansion is the collaborative partnership between IV Sound and Ether—an underground house music label and imprint founded by Christopher Mays (Criuh), rooted in global dance culture and dedicated to pushing the evolution of house music forward.
Spanning subgenres such as tech house, deep house, melodic house, indie dance, and afro house, Ether operates as both a tribute to the genre’s pioneers and a launchpad for emerging and forward-thinking artists.
With a focus on consistent releases, immersive visual identity, and cross-platform storytelling—including DJ mixes, visualizers, and digital content—Ether builds a cohesive, “cosmic” experience around each release.
Under this partnership structure:
IV Sound leads creative direction, branding, rollout strategy, and artist development
Ether supports production, musical collaboration, and sonic expansion
Together, the two operate as a unified creative engine—bridging visual worldbuilding with underground electronic music culture.

This collaboration extends across e.lemental, future projects within the larger arc, artist development initiatives, and internal collaborations between Jewel IV, Christopher Mays, and Christiana Chin for a three year term.
“It’s about alignment—creative, strategic, and musical.”
Looking Ahead
With e.lemental arriving April 24, IV Vision enters a new phase defined by independence, structure, and creative ownership.
“We’re building something that lasts. Not just for now—but for what comes next.”
